1. What is digital storytelling?It is a simple process that enables everybody to put together images and a voice over to create a personal story of 2-3 minutes in length.2. What equipment do I need to make a digital story?You will need a Windows PC or a Mac, all the software needed to make a digital story will already be on the computer. You will also need a scanner and/or a digital camera.3. Do I need my own equipment?Although we do not provide equipment you do not necessarily need your own. Most community centres and libraries now have I.T suites that have everything needed to make a digital story. We can work with you to run a course at a suitable location.4. Do I need any computer skills?Definitely not, most digital stories are created by people with little or no prior computer experience. It is a perfect way to learn how to use a computer because it is 100% fun!
